Zo kunnen we de abonnees nog beter bedienen. Naast het verbeteren van de workflow, worden de gesprekken ook geanalyseerd door AI.<\/p>\n<p>Ook worden de mailwisselingen en telefoongesprekken door dezelfde software geadministreerd en gearchiveerd. Alle communicatie wordt via een API gekoppeld met onze Abonnementensoftware.<\/p>\n<p>Hierdoor krijgt u een nog beter beeld van wat wij doen en wie uw klant is.
